STL BandJos Youth Band

Our youngsters performed June 12th at the Webster Groves Farmer’s Market to an enthusiastic crowd. All 16 members of the band were playing. Duncan on the washboard wore his usual smile.

They made us proud!

Members of the St. Louis Banjo Club as well as a huge number of four-string players across the U. S., literally from Maine to California, have contributed banjos, music, stands, practice tapes, books and cash. All of these gifts demonstrate the belief that the future of the four-string banjo depends on getting our youth interested in the banjo.

The STL BandJos perform several times a year for the public. For information about the band, contact Don Dempsey at 314-842-0188. For other places where they have performed, CLICK HERE
