Six members of the Club, Joe Feager, Al Lehmann, Larry Dodd, Bob Grimm, Kellie Everett and Don Dempsey answered the call for banjo players to appear on one of the Veiled Prophet floats entitled, “Life On The Levee”. The depiction was of levee workers taking a break in their day to play some music, dancing and enjoying themselves.

The dancers were Thomas (16) and Ryan (14) from the St. Charles area dancing to “12th Street Rag”. Others on the float were from the VP organization with the goal of waving and engaging the crowd.
